[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken in the cold Columbia River Gorge in Oregon.

We had an assignment for the photo class I am taking to take shots of water with various f settings. This was taken with an f 22. It should have been taken with a tripod but I did not have one with me at the time so use the railing of a bridge to try to study the camera.

I liked the ice plus the water passing it very fast. I did take other shots with a lower f (f 5)setting. For my uneducated photography tastes, I like the lower f settings because to me, it shows the water the way it really looks.

Hope you enjoy and if you have any comments, please advise.

I like the sense of motion you will find with your slow shutter speeds. You did a pretty good job of holding it steady using the railing for a 2 second exposure. Good luck in your class.
