UMW's Centennial Campanile
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|In Fredericksburg, Virginia, recently visiting the campus of my alma mater, University of Mary Washington (then Mary Washington College), I was happy to see the completed centennial campanile that was dedicated before graduation last spring.|
If I walk my girls through the campus as often as I can until time for them to go off to college, maybe they will think it is their idea to attend their mom's alma mater.
Update: I just realized that I chose this memorial of UMW's one hundred years as my hundredth post . . .
PP work--not much; just a little crop and the typical frame, resize, and sharpening for TL.

Hello Karen, wow great composition with the campanile and the tree, it's well balanced. Sharpness is very good, the texture of the brick stands out. Wonderful sky too. Thanks !

I like the point of view and use of the framing tree, and the beautiful blue sky is no drawback either...
