|Shot this photo of the 1st condominium in California yesterday. Capitola Beach Village is 4 miles North of Santa Cruz. I thought that the cloudy sky was a good contrast and BG for the colorful beach condos, the cloudy sky also acted like a diffuser hence soft light with no harsh shadows. No PP except for sharpening. Enjoy...|

I find these buildings so unusual, so pleased you are adding more. I like this, the fact thats its the back alley with dustbins but an array of colour on the balcony changing the scene from ground to first floor. The sky was no friend here but matters little with the angle you adopted showing lines, colour, reflections. I still find the rendering on the walls so weird, as if put on by an eskimo, lol. tfs
Another well caught shot from the same location but using a different POV, Vic!
Light and exposure are well handled and color contrasts are well maintained within the picture.
The colors are original and clarity is superb.
The clouds add drama into the scene.
Hi Vic, keep going !!! I find these condominium soo unique and with their own mood and atmosphere - even the back of them is very interesting and full of details. Little things like the beautiful flowers on the balcony, the pales with fruit and the garbage bins.
Thanks for the correction - makes sense to me !!!!!!
Kindest regards as always Monika

fine POV for good capture of a colorful alley. cheerful ambiance.
