Handheld sunset shot of palms along beach near Orlando. After checking the RAW file, I need to revise my info. PP work did include removing a distracting object object in the middle of the frame.

The golden tones touching the palm trees are very well captured, Vic!
Exposure and clarity are superb and details are nice as well.
Well caught mood in this beach scene.

Kind regards,
Paras

Hi Vik.

Great addition to the theme this week.
I do like the subtle direction and amount of light across the palms and sand.
You say no pp work to this one but I can see a mark in the center that looks like something was cloned out as you have two waves identical, what caused it?
Nice pleasing angle used. tfs

stv ;o))

Hi Vic,
Beautiful golden rays of the setting sun hitting these dominant palm trees contrasting splendidly with the blue sky. Nice play with shadows, especially on the sand. I'm against that ghost image in the center of the picture, maybe you cloned something, but that's really not neat, because it's also effecting the horizon!
Anyhow I give full credit for the lovely composition and light!
Regards,

Francis Xavier

Bom dia Vic,
Amazing entry, lovely lateral lightness and excellent DOF.
Esquisite entry.
Cheers,
R.

Hi Vic, I like the splendid light on the palm trees and the shadows on the sand. A very well caught scene and presentation -
Nice entry for Fridays Theme.
Have a wonderful weekend, kindest regards Monika

Hello Vic
Great natural shot..like the golden light on top of the palm..
lovely shades of the trees...beautiful sea..
good contribution to this week's theme
Robert

I like the warm colour temperature and long shadows as the sun falls here, Vic.
Nice simple but effective composition too.

Can't agree with your denial about the PP however.
It's clearly obvious you've carried out some repairs to remove what looks to me like a person stood between the trees, and if I may say so, you've not done it very well at all.

Can you edit your note to remove your statement "No PP work" ?

I'm afraid for misleading information, I can't give you top marks.

Sorry.

Greetings Vic, well I'm looking out my window at the rain ,so your image of the sunlight hitting the palm trees is a pleasing sight indeed.I like those shadows both on the pathway & the sand, but for me the composition is spoiled by some cropping or removal tool which starts just below the central post & up to the horizon its about 3/4 inch wide, apart from that ,your choice of image fits this weeks theme well.
Regards
Ron

Dear Vic,

Evening luminosity on the trees is providing a warmth sensation. Palm trees, beach and sand is excellent receipe for holidays. Lively photograph my friend, lovely contribution for the theme. Thanks for sharing.

Kind Regards,
Inaam

I like the late afternoon light with nice warm golden color. Beautiful beach but where are the people? Good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
