[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The wind was blowing, the waves were crashing into the beach & travelling at some speed.I thought this image showed the force & the speed of the waves, heading for the shoreline. Walking the beach was a nice way to start off the New Year.

Hello Ron

Unless there is a Hurricane, We do not see waves like this very often. The right clouds to help add to the drama would have been a plus. Still a nice image of action

Hi Ron,
A great action shot in this Nature presentation.
Huge waves nicely captured from a low POV.
Beautiful blue and the white surf contrasting.
Very well done,

Francis Xavier

Can feel the spray and hear the deafening crash of the waves.
Minimal distractions work so well.

Bom dia Ron,
Looks like you got the wrong date because that was the picture you chose to welcome the New Year!... ;0-)
But as the shot is very beautiful is timeless and wins the category of prophecy for everything that has occurred in meteorology... he, he.
Do not forget, however, that is a great shot with a nice professional timing.

I can almost hear the roar of those breaking waves, I hope to visit California next week. Good pov and it has good dof with sharp details. Well done, tfs.
