Hello Jimmy,
This is a wonderful portrait with amazing detail. I think Rodin would have been impressed too. I also wonder what he is thinking about but I won't take a guess - maybe about how different it may have been in a free world. I also wonder what those protrusions on his ears are. It seems you had a very favourable light source - the sun itself? Well done with this captivating contribution.

Hello Jimmy,
A really great portrait, B&W at its best.
The beard reminds me of my Mother in Law.
Apart from that its one of the best animal
images in a long time.
Best Wishes.

Great lighting and marvelous detail. Like the choice of black and white. One to admire.

Excellent shot and pov. Definitely a wall-hanger in vet office or zoo.

What an excellent portrait with a great details indeed lights&shadows are great also, the face-expression make it all...they are same as us! BRAVO JIMMY BLACKWELL

hi Jimmy,
Great conversion, fantastic clarity and intense details.I wonder what are the thoughts - escape back to the wild maybe or just contempt. One of the best in a long time.
