Magical. I must admit when I looked at the thumbnail it looked a bit dull. But the photo is stunning. The sharpness of the rocks in the mist and the subtle green colours are amazing. You stay the master of foggy scenes. Another brilliant quote.

Gee this pings me off, I clicked add and it wiped it instead, hasnt done that in a while. Oh well, welcome back (again)oh 'foggy hero.'Beautiful photo, not many places can boast such a lovley tourist walk in reach of anyone. Most places like this seem to be in 4WD country, I was going to say it needs to be promoted more but maybe not. So many places start out as beautiful to visit and once the tourists find them someone comes along and provides this that and the other thing that they(and their pockets) convince councils the tourists want and ruin what they found as a great spot. Keep walking David,it is safer for the environment to have your beautiful photos. (fog or no fog)TFS

Wonderful image! I love the fog, and the reflections in the water are lovely and soft and muted. Don't realise how big it is till you see the people standing at the side on the boardwalk. Must be a lovely place to visit, one day I would really like to get to Tassie! Beautiful! Well done and TFS
Cheers Tina :-)

Another mystical photo of fog, I am waiting for either a Viking ship or perhaps the Loch Ness monster to come into view. Great handling of difficult lighting, wonderful colors and clarity...but perhaps you should follow John's advice...I think 24 hours would have been long enough exposure! Thanks for sharing,

Simply superb, my friend! This has the feel and atmosphere of a sumi brush on rice paper painting. I think we can look forward to quite some stunning pictures over the next little while, during your winter season!

I'm new here at trek lens, but i've seen this picture from over my dad's (pranab) shoulder. The moment i got an account i knew i had to give this one a point! the mist gives it a almost mystical look, making it a bit fuzzy, but still maintaining good details.

- [2007-07-02 4:32]
fine walk, really fine. on the road to the right, I guess and these waves of fog give the image a touch of tranquility. fine scenery and feeling.
wish your devils to be alright, I saw a few documentaries but I didn't know the situation is so bad.
all the best to all of you down there
carpe diem - every step the passage. yes, you're right.
An atmosphere somewhat eerie, mysterious and rather cool. I guess the subdued darkish colours give me that feeling. Good composition with the individual slopes appealing through the fog in different layers. Well done! - Cordelia :) :)
