Lake Te Anau is the largest lake on South Island, New Zealand. The small lakeside town of the same name is the ''Gateway'' to Milford. The 60 mile drive along the Milford Road is quite stunning as it leads to the majesty of Milford Sound.

Hi Ken,

A amazing view with such beautiful sky and a great landscape!
I like the lake in the FG which provides a great contrast to this breathtaking mountains.
The wild plants in the FG also enhances the overall appeal of the picture.
Great sharpness and perfect DOF.
Well taken!
