[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Welcome to Awhitu Central a Historic Settlement situated in a picturesque setting on the Awhitu Peninsula, overlooking the Manukau Harbour and close to the west coast and Tasman Sea. Awhitu Central contains a church, a social club/hall, half a dozen houses and boasts spectacular elevated views. The Church was opened in 1877 and still has church services to this date.

a nice capture of the old church, I live in Auckland but don't know Awhitu, must go there one day

It is so beautiful to see the clouds form a "V" above this magnificent architecture.
