I had to go for the state of MaranhŃo sited in the northeast of this large country for the NDesign (Event of Brazilian Students of Design) that happened this year there.

I traveled almost two days to arrive there and participate of the event. By the Way, the city of SŃo L˙is capital of the State, have a lot of culture and exotic places like the famous Lenšˇis Maranhenses that have a desert with a lot of lakes that was formed by the constant rains.

It was a beautifull experienced!

I will go to post more pictures to share with you!

Francisco, I envy you for having the opportunity to see this alive. I like the creme texture of the sand and the footprints. I dont mind the ppl figures in the distance, they somehow help get the real perspective of the size and space.

Great work!

compliments!

Just superb... the vastness... I disagree with eev, I LOVE the little figures in this space, they just emphasize its dimensions.
Bravo!

Nice shot, Francsico! An out of this world place! You achieved a nice balance between the blue sky and the white sand. The little people way out there give a good sense of dimension. Great job!

WOW, this is an amazing picture, Francisco! It gets us to discover a new and interesting place. I had never realised that there was a desert in Brazil and the lakes really make it unique. I like all of the footsteps in the sand which give this barren place a sense of being lived in. Well done!
