[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was cycling along the river one day last May when I came upon this sight. I looked up the river and I looked down the river, no people in sight. I looked into the water and across to the other side. I took a photo and started wondering what could have happened. And after ten minutes I heard voices coming down the river. I waited and finally they appeared around a bend - three people in kayaks. Silly me! I hadn't realised this was the pontoon bridge of the local kayak club.

Resized for you.

Very funny picture with a good story to match, Per. Nicely composed with the right angle to show the pontoon with the shoes and the beautiful reflections in the water. Well done!

Well done Per this is wonderful. I think the small pier and the shows tell a story and the reflection is excellent.

Great composition and lovely note. The reflection is very powerful in the framing, well done

excellent composition Per :)
funny story :)

green smile added :)

Hi Per,
Great humour but also great suspense in this picture. And above all a great composition.
Perfect balance in the reflection of the green, the water and the landing stage. All perfectly connected by the shoes.

Wow Per... what a story... and how well you illustrated it with this picture. I love the approach with this high PoV and the use of nothing but the reflection to show the trees near the river bank. Very well done, TFS.

Nice story to go with the image Per. I love the composition and those great reflections in the water. Very nicely done.
This would be good for the Shoe theme :)
