[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I'm sure most of you have met Tinka, our cat. My mother posts a lot of photos of her, as she is an easy subject!

This photo was taken yesterday, the same time as this one.

Ahhhh...Tinka. The ankle biter, the nose nipper, the trouble maker that thinks she can race you down the stairs (as she cuts in front of you nearly making you trip your way down), the table climber, and the kitchen counter walker.

But at the end of the day, she is still our "Little Princess."

**Post Pro**
- cropped slightly closer
- desaturated the scarf, as it was a little pink
- used NeatImage for the background
- Luko's sharpening method

Actually, Pamela, Tinka is a Queen. And I am certain she owns you and Diana and allows the two of you to live there as long as you worship her! Cats have never forgotten they were worshiped as Gods in Egypt and they do not let us forget it, either. This is a wonderful portrait of your pet, very clear and precise...and she is very beautiful.....:O)

I agree she does look the "Queen" here certainly. A lovely clear sharp photo of a obviously well loved "Queen" of the castle. I like the unfocused foreground here you used.

Tinka's a real star. I agree she does look very queenly. You have caught her posing very well, and I seem to hear her saying that none of what you noted about her is true, apart from, "But at the end of the day, she is still our "Little Princess."

Little princess ? Big queen, you mean! Nice portrait of your mistress, Pamela. She may grant you some extra attention for it ;o).

I wonder, could you explain a bit about luko's sharpening method, or point me in the right direction ? I looked on TE and TL's tech forum but seem to have missed it...
TFS, love to Tinka!

I think that Tinka is THE Queen! Look at her face, almost saying "Ok. I allow you to take a photo... not that angle, from there..". I like the blur foreground, adds some mistery to the portrait.

my cat isn't an easy object, when i trie to take a pic of her,she gets up and pushes with her head against the camera and my hands (meaning: pet me!)
nice shot,very beautiful cat.nice yes!good colours and compo too.very fuzzy pic.. :D

Bonsoir
La gente féline est toujours gracieuse et fière. Le regard d'une star, le boa autour du cou en font une jolie photo
