As a street scene, this works well. I like the colors on the buildings, and the people and the bike provide a sense of motion.

However, to me at least, this shot provides a great social commentary (although I'm not sure if that's what you intended). Here, in what is one of the oldest, and at one time most unique, parts of NYC, we have mall stores masquerading as neighborhood shops. I guess this is a pet peeve of mine, so sorry to go off, but to me it shows the worst in the homogenization and mallification of this country. Nice pic, though.
