[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another moonlight photograph. This was taken during my Dumdar Kandi Pass (5800m) expedition. I took this at around 3.00am. It was +- 1 or 2 day from full moon.

The mist was rising from the valley giving a surreal effect. I took this at an altitude of approx 4800m.

Exposure f/8 @ 20 minutes

I like to take long exposure with 100ASA film with small aperture to get star trails. I have taken exposures up to 2 1/2 hours on clear nights but with the phase of the moon well below the half way.

Hi
I can see that the weather didn't pamper you. I already know, you have two passions: mountains and the photograph.
