Motion blur is due to 1/6th second shutter speed. Shallow DOF is a result of f/5.6 at 400mm focal length.

I like how the overdone pp work adds a dramatic effect to this moment. Looks almost like a fashion shot. And also the fence that leads the eyes to the subject is a perfect fit. The tilt makes the image more dynamic. I hope this is a candid shot. I usually wonder what photogs do after candids. Do you really tell them after shooting them without their knowledge? or just keep it with you?.

Lovin the colour effect! Works great.
