Another of the 364 shots I snapped recently at the butterfly exhibit. Having a tough time grabbing the time and "oomph" necessary to keep up with this photography "habit", but needed a few minutes today to clear the brain . . .

Thanks to two new friends--Connie, for the photo shoot; and Danny, for the inspiring quote . . .

Hi Karen,
Splendid moment and beautiful macro presentation
regards

I love the colour of the flower Karen. Nicely composed with good detail on the one butterfly and the bonus of the blurred one flying by. A good quality macro,
David

PS Some boat owners here drape small mesh fishing nets over their craft in an attempt to keep the gulls off. I had a closer look at the boat the other day and it is covered in guano so I guess the net has blown off the important parts :) ispe

beautiful capture.
Excellent sharpness and details.
Love the quote.

Hello Karen,

The moment is captured so well!
I like to see the motion blur in the wings of the airborne butterfly as they contrast so well with the pin sharp details in the other one...
Exciting point of view, an attractive composition!

Greetings,
Pablo -
