[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A playground at the entrance of a government office building, it was overcast but i did pp work to make it colder and darker instead of warmer because i think it fits the subject.

pp work, curves for darkening , partial desaturation, photo filter with blue tint, usm

I like the experimental tilt and POV here Allen.
Well composed verticle shot with really interesting color.
All the different lines from the foreground,
all the way up to the building are pretty cool.
