Hi Allen,
This is a nice picture with good reflections but I would have liked to see more of the bridge. The detail in the bridge is nice and it's a shame not see the whole thing. However it's still a nice shot. Just my 2 cents.

You have been very alert to a possible lovely shot here. It really does look like an eye with the sharp, curved reflection!
However, like Kevin, I think you should have been stood a few feet back to capture this in its entirity.

At first I looked at this and thought "the bridge has been cropped too tight" but then I saw that the focal point here is the eye effect and not the bridge itself. Well spotted and extremely well composed.
