[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Got this nice view of the Marshall Point Lighthouse on the way back from Monhegan Island.
This lighthouse was made famous when seen in the film "Forest Gump" in the scene where Forest (Tom Hanks) dedided to turn around and jog back towards the west coast until he could resolve his conflicts.

Hi Tom,
This is a very beautiful photo!
Excellent composition in the respect of thirds!
What I like more is the luminosity on the lighthouse and its outbuildings. The contrast with the blue sea and sky makes the image very alive! Really a splendid photo!
Bravo! Annie

Hello Tom,
Beautiful landscape, with the blue sea, the clouds of different shapes and colors and the white lighthouse and villa. Interesting architecture, with those windows on the high roof and the front stairs. You seem to have a lot of picturesque places there to photograph...

TFS,
Andreea

Okay, so I did not have a deją-vu, it sort of looked familiar - so I thought I had seen it in travel brochures, okay then we did watch that film with the whole famioly and a bunch of friends.
Lovely composition from where you are standing.

Hello Tom,

The image gives a new meaning to the term "lighthouse" as the house is so well lit, hehehe!
The architecture stands out well in this balanced composition, and the attractive maritime colours add value...
But why the many buoys, fishing gear?

Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Tom,
Beautiful colors,beautiful architecture,composition....congratulation.
Best regards,
Ralf

Hello Tom
That's a great shot with amarvelous sky. The point of view is perfect and you composed with all the good elements to make a splendid image. The colored floaters create a nice perspective.
Chapeau
