All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.

Hello, Karen -
You've really captured the essence of the idol with just the serene grace of the hand. Wonderful details and tones, and great use of shadows and light. I think you could have done without the added border, but it does not detract from the fantastic image. I very much enjoyed looking through your gallery - you have a great eye for composition.

Hi Karen,

Interesting shot of a buddha's hand.
Impressive result with extreme detail and good use of light management.
Intelligent point of view ending with an A+ result,

Hello Karen,

A nice detail of this idol statue of Buddha!
It's the most important part because, its wear and tear, seems that it is touched frequently!
Adequate lighting is adorning your capture and the frame is proper for this 'idol' presentation.
Well done.

Hi Karen,

Very impressive sharpness and details.
Great capture of the Buddha. Beautiful...

Ciao Karen. Questa Ŕ buona davvero! Una chiusura molto nitida in profonditÓ di campo eccellente e particolare attenzione ai salti di luce. Non mi convince la cornice ma Ŕ solo questione di gusti personali.

Having lived in Thailand many years - this is an interesting way to display the hand position. Nice insight with your words. Composition very good and thus so is the point of view. Keep being creative in your displays - it is fun to se your work.

Since you visited me I thought I would visit you. On trekearth I seem to use words to enhance the mood more than here. Same name drt100.
