Hi Ian,
The mix of the blue sky and water with the warm lights is very beautiful. The bonus of the moon made it even more special. I like the starburst effect of the many lights and the overal architecture of the buildings. The sharpness and exposure are both excellent. My only nit is the central placement of the buildings. It made the photo less dynamic. Croppy half of the sky or half of the water will do the trick. Personally I prefer the crop from the bottom.

galing na lang.. esp. at this time @blue hour.. it sure different from the more natural surrounding like the trees, etc that i took.. the moon is not real? i thought it was.. because i had capture something similar but before dawn.. good one.. you did well again..
