[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was lucky enough to be at a road side cafe at Pearl Beach on the NSW central coast, when this delightful couple joined us to dine, they were extremely comfortable with people around them, so much so that they just had to have their photos taken. I had my nifty fifty lens on the camera at the time and thought of using selective focussing and a reasonably wide aperture to try and separate the big fellow in the front from his missus behind who was busy gathering some sustenance. Im pleased with how the pic turned out, purely an experiment but it seems to have worked this time.

Hi Steve,
Nice shot of these parrots feasting on the sugar, you have worked the aperture well to isolate the foreground parrot, the focus is excellent giving great detail and the colours are nice and vivid. Great shot. Best wishes
