A quiet little square behind the cathedral of Landshut has Marion her barbershop. Apparently there is at least one customer who left his bike against the wall...an so on, you could dream a whole story at this nice place in Landshut (south Germany). The clear blue sky, the lush green trees and the yellow wall, all striking colours which I tried to capture as bright as possible.

PP work, adjusting levels and curves, increased contrast slightly, removed some small dust spots, corrected the horizontal and verticals. Cropped, resized, sharpened using USM and add frame.

Good Morning Hans,
A nice post. The lighting hitting the trees / with the shadows are excellent. The bicycle parked and the side steps on this bright yellow building work well. Well composed and taken from a great vantage point. TFS Julie

Hello Hans,

Even at apparently noon, the square is empty. A photographer's dream. My eyes are drawn to the bicycle leaning on the wall and thought of a WS featuring it. Well done and cheers!
