I took this picture at the Russian market in Riga. The clear orange core against the dark green pumpkin skin was striking.
PP work, adjusted levels and curves, contrast and brightness. Darkened background with spray tool. Cropped and resized, sharpened and add frame.

Greetings Hansi ;)))
Great idea...amazing photo, TFS
All the best,
I love the way the pumpkins looks almost squashed by the frame line, and the way the bright colours stand out on the dark background. If it were mine I might be tempted to darken out the slightly lighter area in the top left corner, but that's a personal thing. Good image.
Well Hans, this is very different subject matter for you .. but I really like it. Great detail in the flesh of the pumpkin, and the bright orange contrasts well with the black background. I agree with Miles. . I might have cloned out the rectangular area top left, but not a big deal. Well done;
yes a vewry striking orange color indeed, great details too , nice one, thanks

Great effects, good crop and edition image. Nice bg. Perfectly light and frame.
My best regards,
well done! I love the color and the texture and of course the way-too-much elongated shape of the pumpkin.
