still a horizon issue and looks like you have attempted some rotation already, but not done the pp work properly as evidence of your attempts can be seen in the top right and left corners.

Hi Gary,
I agree with Richard on the tilt and the obvious result of the attempt on making the correction. If you idea was to have a the tilt on purpose, you need to make it more obvious and go more radical on the tilt. Otherwise it looks like a mistake. As for the rest of the photo, the photo isn't correctly focused with a result that the gull is or the seascape is not sharp.

I think this is a beautiful shot Gary. Wonderful composition and lighting. Horizon is a bit off and soft focus but it is such a pretty scene. TFS, Lori
