[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The road from the sunmmit of this Lakeland pass leads to Brothers Water, just visible, and on into Patterdale.
The views are wonderful, and I hope I have chosen one which mmets with your approval. I always welcome your opinions, of any shade!!

Hi Ken,
Good classic shot of the pass, nicely shot with the steps giving foreground interest, nice depth. Best wishes

I have to agree Ken,
the views from the pass are amazing.

My wife and I have just returned from a week's holiday in Cumbria, staying at Eskdale again for the third year running.

I knew this view as soon as i saw the shot. Looks like you had better weather then we did.

Good shot here, with a great sense of depth and perspective with the footstile in the foreground. Thanks for sharing both the soht and the memories of the stunning views in the Lakes.

A beautiful scene and taken well. Just a shame the distance is a little hazy from the atmospherics, not much you can do about that apart from revist on a clearer day.
Great shot.
