what do you want

|i was in Ghatsila then... Ghatsila was once a favourite place among tourists, but later got deserted due to the disturbance created by the police-Maoist tension in that region. all those once flourished hotels had turned into wreckage by then. almost. the beautiful village at the bank of river Subarnarekha, had, as if been returned to its actual owners ~ the tribals. at that time, we were the sole outsiders at that place... then why did i go?|
it was one early morning, we were strolling trough the villages, headed towards the Rajbari-ghat (the bank of the river near the palace of king of Ghatsila)... and then i saw this goat. she had her kid with her. the baby was quite absorbed in playing with its mother, but the mother was alert. i liked the chemistry between them. all their activities were so photogenic! i was taking snaps, but the mother had doubts. as if she was ready for anything. after a while she went inside that old broken house, which appeared to be the house of her master. the baby had already gone inside. she was entering. now relieved. the baby was not in risk anymore, and she stopped. seemed we were getting connected by some means... she had doubt, she had questions in her mind, and interestingly, she wanted to trust me as well...
i'll miss her for my whole life. a 'mother' has a same image everywhere... a 'woman' too. i felt connected. i know she too.
few minutes, but that question will always be there in our minds... what did she want to me to explain?
and me?... what did i want?
