Hello Yancy,
I like pictures taken at night of lighted city and etc. Each building seems to have it's own personallity. The two human sihouttes seems to add charactor to the photo. That is good for holding your breath and camera. I must assume that you did use the timer.

Greetings Yancy,
You must have a steady hand & a great pair of lungs,as you did manage to hold your camera steady to capture these details so well.I'm not sure if a different WB would have made a lot of difference to your composition,as this warm color works well.I may have tried to include all of the building in the background,but that's just me.
