Neels
I like the contrast in this shot. B&W works well here - better than colour I think. I'll be very tempted to crop out the sky.

Great details of the buildings against a dramatic sky, Neels!

Superb sharpness and well caught clarity and textures visible on the damaged facade of this abandoned building.
The color tones add timeless feel to the picture.
Nicely executed work!

Kind regards,
Paras

Hi Neels.

I always appreciate seeing well laid bricks.....ah ok, your choice of tones hilights the textures on show here, the part bricj, part plaster, part infill is quite a show. Lintels about the doors and windows are of sturner stuff these days too, I like the moodiness and feel of this, well seen and presented. tfs

Hi Neels, Not everyone can afford to maintain his house. Sad. I like the sharpness of the textures visible on the facade of this neglected building.
Well done & TFS

Hi Neels, I can not really appreciate your presentation with the thoughts of the people that are still living there. It is such a sad scene - you captured it very well with all the sad details. And I assume no hope that there will be a high rise with penthouse appt. build in the near future !
Thanks for sharing kind regards Monika

Hi Neels
This facade looks great, despite its condition and enhanced by b&w choice.

Pedro
