The Lake drains through the Königsseer ache, Berchtesgadener ache and Königsseeache to the Salzach River. The deeply incised glacial Valley, behind the high wall of the Eastern Alps, the Watzmann East face, builds up will open in the West. There are over 2,100 metres of difference in altitude from the sea level up to the southern and middle peak, the pure wall height is 1800 meters. The so-called ice Chapel, a huge Lawinenschneerest, from which the Eisbach regularly ausschmilzt collapse-prone Ice cave is located at the foot of the wall. This Bach has formed over the millennia from the rubble with a peninsula in the Königssee, the 85-acre hirschau/Germany, lying on the old St. Bartholomä pilgrimage church and a hunting lodge with Inn.

A superb scene you have captured very well here. The clarity and detail are superb. However, when their are many tiny gaps through trees it's impossible to adjust the sky. I think that is the case here. Although the sky colour is nice and rich, in my opinion, and I may be wrong, there is fringing around the edge of the trees, and through the branches the sky appears white.
Having said all that, the image is of good quality, and one you should be proud of.

Hi Janusz, amazing colors and lights are here very well captured and composed shot, TFS
Ps. did you make this shot from the boat on the way to St.Bartholoma?

This is simply beautiful and the colors are just fantastic, Janusz!

Light and exposure are very well handled, and details are praiseworthy.
A low POV and nicely kept DOF adds another piece of charm in the scene.
Well done!

Viele Grüße

Hi janusz,
A nice capture from a boat of the lake from such a low POV. Great light and so beautiful yellow trees depicting the Autumn season.
The lovely ripples caused by the boat is enhancing the FG of this lovely landscape shot.
My best regards,

Francis Xavier

Hi Janusz.

The loweness you achieved in taking this one give much excitement and dramatics. We feel a part of this lake, its colour and movement. tfs

stv ;o))

Hi Janusz, I really like the low pov skimming in across the water toward the buildings and mountains.Fiona

I like your pov and it has good dof with sharp details. Good lighting and wonderful colors. Well done, tfs.
