[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Dear All,

This is a bird's eye view of German city of Oppenheim. This shot was taken from the vineyards located on a hill along the residential boundary of this city.

In late Summer and early Autumn season, it is really wonderful to go for a walk on the hill while watching well riped grapes and their fragrance in the air allover.

The day I took this shot was sunny and visibility on the day was quite well in order to expose the city nicely, even one could see quite far. In this picture I also wanted to capture the play between light and shadow as the sun was spreading its magic on the symmetrical lines of these vineyards.

Hi Paras.

I do like the perspective with this scene, you have the closeness of the vines leading to the land outstretched behind. I like the way the eye wants to travel along the rows. Lush colours.

Nice perspective with the vineyards lines leading one down into the town.Lushious greens portrayed.Sky however burnt out and loss of detail.

I really like the POV but exposurewise is not to your usual standard. Excuse me my friend the washed out sky is ruining this marvelous presentation.

Very balanced this composition of your. Interesting view with good sharpness and good light mangement. Do you know sometimes I forget this rural aprroach of Germany ...I just remember Big architecture .

Hi Paras,
A pity that the sky came out this over exposed. It really draws all attention away from the landscape. All I can recommend is to invest in some grad ND filters as they will bring the better result. Even with a grad ND you needed to adjust your exposure as some of the buildings have also been exposed to too much light.

I am not generally someone who "howls with the wolves" but I must confess that this shot leaves me hungry (not angry...)The picture has a very good POV but it lacks a little of intensity, and overall the sky is too much unreadable , this is enhanced by your choice of white areas which unbalance the natural rule of three in your shot.
So, I think you could have improved the picture with post processing.It is what I tried to do, hoping you will like the result
