Light and "dark side"

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Dear All,
I like the capture different moods of my son, Yash, this picture is one of many I took a while ago.
In this picture, I like the role of bright sunlight falling on the face of Yash and leaving half of his face in almost darkness, giving me room to think deep. I enjoy looking at such picture and of course I do enjoy taking such shots but you won't get optimum exposure in such moment as it is quite difficult to handle strong light condition sometimes.
My entry to Friday's theme, "The dark side".
Have a nice weekend.
Kind regards,
Paras

Awesome portrait and good contribution to Friday's theme. Good use of lighting and even dark side still has some textures. Good details and wonderful colors. Well done, tfs.

Hi Paras,
Good entry in the Friday dark side theme. I might have cropped vertically, a little at left, almost up to his ear up to the shoulder. Good sharpness and natural looking colour. Tfs!
