Yes I love color and love to be different...I choose the bright green just to have a verity of BG colors with the orchard shots I am posting lately. Shot indoor with soft North window light against a grren backdrop, in PP applied minor color, tone and contrast tweak. Enjoy |

Hello Sir Vic
Wow.....purple and green. Thanks for the nice image of color. Using different backgrounds can really bring unusual results. The next time you get near the wilds. Take images of wild flowers in their natural surroundings. No photographer, or artist can duplicate what the Heavenly Father has set before us. Just take the time to look......His masterpieces are everywhere. Thanks for the image.

Actually the color contrast worked well with this composition, I like the combination you selected. Good lighting and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
Hi Vic,
Very bold to use such a bright bg for this flower shot. Did you consider to create more distance between the BG and flower so that the BG would be OOF and get a more softer texture and tone? I would also delete the shadow and give better focus on the flower.
TFS,
Niek
