Good attempt.......Might have tried to drag the shutter even farther and used a 0.3 ND filter, it appears to have been an overcast day. A great time to try this shot.................very well done.

I'm not an expert on panning, or photography for that matter. But for what it's worth, this is my opinion. The panning looks pretty good to me, I think you had the shutter speed just right. The exposure is a little bright, but I think adds to the image. You have captured the runner's effort and pain very well.

I took part in the last 10 Half Marathon Sunday in Warsaw. Per month I am starting in the third Orlen Warsaw Marathon. This will be the sixth marathon in my life. I run from just three years. I am 57 years old.
