I don't know if a micro lens is also for this purpose, but I used a 105 mm micro for this shot, just for experimenting. The subject was about 50 meters away, so the original picture was cropped.

Good contrast of the subject and the water body BG.

I also use my 60mm macro sometimes for other shoots with some good results as is this result of yours. The unawares women happily strolling out of the sea, the details are fine as is the exposure. The white of the rolling surf as created a natural light BG and good contrast.
