Experimental using the Extrude feature in Adobe. I used the elliptical tool first and then selective blurring. I hope you like it.

Hi Muhammad its good to experiment. I thought initially that you had used a zoom lens and moved the lens whilst taking the shot. I was going to say there are parts that I like and parts I am not so sure about. I couldn't pin it down so I downloaded the shot and tried a different format - 16X9. I post it to a workshop to show the result for your interest. Tell me what you think. I do like the technique.
