|Never in my whole life did it ever cross my mind that one day, in a world that claims to be so advanced in science, did I imagine myself in a situation like this.
I have certain doubts but I don't want to seem paranoid.
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce the mask that I had to improvise this morning as I needed to go on a professional errand and had none at hand. It's made from an old bra. It can be added to the others which are made from socks and men's boxers :D
Stay home, stay safe!|

About 4 years ago, I was on a work trip to Thailand. During my transit, I managed to catch a version of Influenza A. This could have been the bird flu or the swine flu or some other flue. After 2-3 days of being infected I ended up being very very ill and I was rushed to the hospital. It all went very very fast. The doctor who came to the hotel did not even bother calling an ambulance as it would take too long. I did not have much time :( My fever was rising towards 42C.
The hospital was brilliant and I was put in isolation, medicated, cared for etc. Husband flew over too as we weren't sure in which direction this would go. Together with the doctors, we decided that I should not travel home as planned as I could still be contagious. So I stayed in Thailand for an additional 10 days. During the 1 day, I spent at work before I knew I was ill, infected 12 people. Or at least, 12 people became ill. Luckily not as bad as I.
Now, I take every precaution I can to make sure I am not transmitting Covid-19. I have seen how fast transmission can take place. I am taking it safely. I consider myself being infected and as such, behave in an appropriate manner.
Vacuum bags are good for making a face mask as they are made to be able to filter stuff out.
Stay Safe. I can't wait until this is all over...

always good to put a face to a name and you have been quite inventive with your masks. My son is a painter (trades man not an artist) so we had plenty of masks in the house.

Yes, your NOTE made this more clear and informative that you tailored well the old things. Here I go around and search and ask every one that is there any case in their surrounding but the response is negative as people do observe the LOCK down.
Good to see see you in mask, your eyes speak of the European fear but here people don't bother this much.
Well to know about your situation, TFS.
Keep safe keep masked and well stroll around.
