Very nice macro. Sharp, simple and very effective. I have looked and looked and I have no idea what this could be. However, it could look like wax seal stamps. Thanks for the game (love them too).

A nice shot.
Very good composition and DoF.
I know what they are but I wont tell, just weight and see if anyone else can guess :0)

This is an easy one, Pamela. I'll tell you in a private message. I like the DOF here. Well done.

Heavy and pleasant to the eye. A solid composition with balanced colors. Many pounds in there!

One of the best DOF compositions I've seen, when I was a child I had a scale and a set of weights like theses.

Excellent DOF. I really like the way we can escaladate the weights. Very good job.

Hi Pamela,
Very excellent composition. I like the background as well, you have seemed to have captured the colours of the rainbow. The golden weights are well positioned and it is nice to see no definition between the base and the background. Good DoF as well. Well Captured !!

Well it's great. The DOF is perfect and the light too. Congratulation it's a beautiful shot !

Tres belle compo....Attirant....et intriguant!
Ma première idée, ca ressemble a des unités de poidS (des pesées) pour les anciennes balances. Et si ce n' est pas ca...Et bien c'est beau quand meme!!!
Bravo !!!

To me it looks like weights used at the Post Office, or Store of some kind. I'll look at your answer to see if I'm right. I love the pattern displayed with the larger, and larger towards the background. Very nice effect. Us mothers are always right don't you know?? ;-)

I like this image very much! It is well composed and balanced and makes a great use of the depth of field. Your photos are very expressive and have the ability to make the subject outstand from the scene.

wonderful composition pamela, so sharp and simple I love it:)

Benny
