This is Zachary (5 years old) He plays soccer / football - it's his first year and he loves it. Both his parents are sport mad and his mother used to play for Fulham ladies a few years ago ( in the 1990's). She also played for England cricket too once.
And his dad, my son, played soccer and cricket growing up in NZ.
The All-Whites have certainly encouraged more NZers to play soccer here... NZ was very happy for them
