Hi friends in TL,

The north side of Kuching is a very good place to watch sunrise slicing across the modern architecture along the south bank. Here is Jong getting ready for the right moment armed with more than 2kgs of Manfrotto on her back. I left mine in the boat but the boatman returned after pedaling half way across the river.

Taken from my Trek Meeting with Bill, Alfred and Jong.

Hi Jusni

Patience is a virtue so they say. A superb sunrise shot with the inclusion of the photographer a nice addition. Good color & sharpness. Tfs!

Intriguing shot here Jusni, great subject - Jong sitting in shadow photographing the sunrise. I like her look of concentration, and the light on her is very pleasing.

The eye then tends to drift across the frame to that tower on the far side of the water. I realise that the "horizon" appears to slope because it is the effect of perspective along the riverbank, but I have to wonder how this would look if it was made horizontal?

Nice shot overall

Hi MF Jusni,

TFS and cheers,

Hello Jusni! Nice scene. Wonderful picture about art of photography! Nice shot. Well done!

Hi Jusni

Just perfect. I llike the balanced 1/2 frame and the line of light right in the middle of it making the buildings come out really nice. Your friend on the left is the asset to it. I really like the colors and contrasts.

Have a good day and TFS

Ahem......Kuching is now located in Kedah state?
