Lighting the Way
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|There are many beautiful lighthouses in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan, but these lamp posts in Escanaba Harbor caught my eye. The blue and green backdrop of the sky, water, and trees just really set off the white posts. No PP except sizing.|

Good image as it is - but I would crop the trees out of frame to leave a vertical aspect thus emphasising the symmetry of the lamp posts.
This is a great shot Carol Lynn. I love the saturation of color and the contrast and lines in your composition. Fantastic depth. Well done! TFS, Lori

Amazing composition and very nice perspective, the contrast of colors are superb.
Frame and light are so beautiful, Great DOF.
My best regards.
Very neat perspective. I like the uniformity of the light posts and your POV makes good use of forced perspective. Very nice colors in the
horizon and sky. Very Nicely done. Have a great weekend.
