Nicely captured, well done, just a minor focus issue.
beautiful this one too. I like the red&black combination. The frame is special, like always ;)
I really like the composition in this photo, and especially, I like how the red of the rose stands out from the black background. The framing also is very original.
My best regards

David, very beautiful velvety red rose. It looks great against the unique frame with the triangle shapes you've done. I must try the layered frame when I have time. You always give such great detail how you achieve your final work. Thank you. Excellent.
His series is charming, extraordinary of not being seen.
I really like the composition in this photo.
Visual, big beautiful frame.

This one I like most! Why ? A feeling Thanks David Bye
Hi David, Your rose series is superb. Insiration for others to attempt similar in the future. Good clarity and in particular colour. TFS. Murray.
PS Swains nursery have many of these, hope to go next spring to show you some.
Hi David, I have been browsing through your roses. I love the way that your produced this red I have so many problems with capturing certain shades of red faithfully. Excellent notes all teh way through your rose series especially those on layering which is something this old brain cannot come to grips with. TFS,
Many thanks for your comment on ‘Happy Birthday Anneke’. Although the trees may look dead they are quite healthy. The bark on paperbarks can be white but in other types a lovely range of pinks and light browns.
Great sharp capture. Very nicely done and great story.
