Not an original view I know, but to see this place is pretty special. As a monument there is a lot of hype. As one makes ones way through Agra, the poverty is tangible. The vision that created this masterpiece can only be marvelled at. 20,000 people 22 years they say. Fancy building a tomb like this for your partner...not only is the distance shot dramatic, but the detail and inlaid precious and semi precious stones which encase the tomb itself are stunning. This was a HOT day. 40 C +, and the perfect marble reflects the heat like a sun lamp. People say the Taj is small, but the people in the foreground give some perspective to the splendour of this place.

Hello Mike,
I never get tired of looking at this famous and fabled landmark, a place I intend to visit perhaps someday. The composition is classic, the image is well composed and exposed. My best regards...
Danilo

Hello Mike! Famous and legandary architecture. Perfect POV and exposure. Good colours. Very good sharpness. Well done!

Hello Mike,

Though it is a very familiar sight, still I would say your photo has a rather exquisite impact. The sheer clarity, colour and brightness takes the breath away, as Taj is supposed to do.

Great work,
Siddhartha
